Dear Parents and Students,
Glad to inform you that the Rajasthan Government has permitted the re-opening of schools for the students of classes 6th to 8th on a voluntary basis with a written consent of parents for attending regular classes for the main subjects from 8th Feb. 2021.
Therefore, all the parents of students of classes 6th to 8th are requested to fill in the Online CONSENT FORM given below and register YES or NO to the consent. If you register Yes, kindly fill in the offline CONSENT FORM given below and take a print out of it, give your signature wherever needed and send it with your son / ward when he comes to school on the 1st day of his regular class to be submitted at the school office. The Online Consent Form should be registered by 5th Feb. 2021.
Please be aware that only those students who will submit the online CONSENT FORM before 5th Feb. will be allowed to enter school. Time Schedule will be made according to classes and subjects, which will be intimated to you by 6th Feb. 2021.

GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL RE-OPENING
Dear Parents/ Guardians and Students,
The following STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP) are to be observed by all (teachers, employees and students) in the school campus at all times.
- Only a limited strength of a class will be allowed to attend the class on each day. The Classes are planned for 6 days a week. There will be five periods a day continuously. The Class wise Time Table will be displayed on the school website soon.
- Most probably the School Timing will be from 9:00 am to 12.00 noon. The entry into school will begin 30 minutes before the start of class time (08.30 am) one by one after checking and noting down each one’s temperature.
- Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed at all times.
- Crowding inside the campus, shaking hands, keeping close contact with your friends will not be permitted at all times.
- Use of face covers/masks is mandatory at all times even while travelling by any conveyance.
- Wash your hands frequently with soap even when hands are not visibly dirty. Liquid soap dispensers will be available.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizers can be used whenever feasible.
- Students should bring their own sanitizers, towels and drinking water bottles with them from home.
- Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue paper/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
- Exchange of drinking water, textbooks and stationary items will not be permitted.
- Avoid attending school if having symptoms like fever, head ache, cough and cold. Students with such symptoms of Covid-19 (sneezing, coughing, running nose, fever) will not be allowed to attend class and that the school holds no responsibility in this regard.
- Spitting is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the school campus.
- Students will be allowed to use the washroom with the prior permission from the teacher on duty. They will only be allowed to use the washroom in a staggered manner.
- Students must wear clean school uniform and maintain hygiene in the school campus.
- A separate “Isolation Room” within the school premises will be kept ready for emergency cases.
- Students will not be allowed to enter any other classroom except their own.
- While teaching is on, both the teachers and students will continue to wear masks.
- After school hours, students should not gather at any particular place inside or outside the school.
NOTE: All parents, kindly register your consent online on the ‘Online Consent Form’ given below right now and if you register ‘Yes’, you should download and take a print out of the ‘Offline Consent Letter’ given there, fill it up and send it with your son / ward to school to be submitted at the office on the 1st day of regular class, 8th Feb. 2021.
